Islamabad- A local court has summoned the former president Pervez Musharraf in Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case next month after rejecting his plea for exemption from court appearance.
The court resumed hearing of the case during which Musharraf’s counsel Akhtar Shah appeared before the court on behalf of his client. The counsel presented a new medical report according to which doctors have advised the former president not to travel for the next four weeks. Shah pleaded the court to grant Musharraf exemption from hearing but the court rejected the plea. The court ordered that Musharraf should appear before the court on December 6^th.
