CJP forms six benches for this week

ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted five benches, including a special bench, to hear a number of important cases during the next week starting from Monday October 8.
According to the cause list, the bench comprising the Chief Justice,Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain would conduct hearing of the cases at Quetta Registry while at Islamabad Registry four benches were constituted to hear a number of cases in the next week.
The first bench consist of Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, second bench comprising Justice Nasir ul-Mulk,Justice Tariq Parvez and Justice Amir Hani Muslim, third bench of Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Athar bench of Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry. The first special bench comprises Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed.
