ISLAMABAD: A local court handed over a minor child, who was forcefully snatched by his father, to his aggrieved mother here on Tuesday.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen handed over the minor baby to the mother after a court bailiff recovered the child. According to details, a plaintiff Farzana Bibi approached the court through her counsel Riasat Ali Azad Advocate for the recovery of the minor. She stated in her application that her husband brutally tortured her and snatched her minor baby. Therefore, she prayed the court that her baby may be recovered and handed over to her. In this regard, the court appointed a court bailiff which recovered the baby and presented him before the court. Later, the court handed over the baby to the mother and disposed of the petition.–Shahid Rao
