Islamabad (PPI) - Shabab-e-Milli Pakistan (SMP) will hold Go America Go rally on Sunday against the Kerry-Lugar Bill, Blackwaters and US intervention into Pakistans internal matters. The spokesman of SMP, Syed Shahid Gillani addressing a news conference here on Thursday informed that the rally will start from Lahore on Sunday morning and would culminate at Aabpara Chowk, Islamabad, the same day. He said that Pakistani leadership had sold the national sovereignty in lieu of Kerry-Lugar Bill allowing Washington to directly deal the Pakistans internal matters including, security. Criticising the Information Minister, Qamar Zaman Kaira, he said that the minister was spreading disinformation among the people regarding Kerry-Logar Bill. He termed the Bill as 'clean chit to the Americans to carryout drone attacks at Pakistani soil. Gillani further alleged that the mainstream political leadership was dumb and deaf because of their covert binding agreements with the international guarantors. He urged the federal government to table this bill before the Parliament prior to its approval or hold Referendum on the issue. He expressed grave concerns over the activities of 'Black Waters in Islamabad and other cities of the country and adding the security agencies had turned a blind eye from them and seemed reluctant to take any action against them. 'Peshawar Mor becomes centre of traffic accidents' Due to negligence of Capital Development Authority (CDA) Peshawar Mor has become the centre of traffic accidents, citizens have said. The citizens were sharing their views after the accident at Peshawar Mor, Islamabad, when two women had got serious injuries during crossing the road the other day. They said that Peshawar Mor is a busy area of Islamabad. Many government offices and residences are here besides weekly bazaars. So, score of people daily cross the road and several of them had faced the accidents when they tried to cross the road. The citizen said that the CDA had not been made crossing bridge for pedestrians in 9th Avenue and the pedestrians were facing problems to cross the road in the presence of rush traffic. The citizens Faizan, Shahid, Bilal, Rizwan and others said that pedestrians including old men, children and women, daily face the heavy traffic and run to save their lives. They added that bridge for pedestrians had become essential to cross the road but the CDA was not building the bridge. The citizens said that CDA had approved the project of the bridge but so far work had not been started on the project.
