ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif yesterday expressed the hope that high standards of merit will be observed by Federal Public Service Commission under Naveed Akram Cheema. The FPSC chairman called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif here. “Organizational issues relating to FPSC were discussed during the meeting,” said an official statement. “The prime minister expressed hope that high standards of merit will be observed by the government’s human resource agency to improve the performance of the public sector,” it said.
