ISLAMABAD: The European Union (EU) has agreed to provide five million euros for the welfare of internally displaced persons (IDPs) of North Waziristan Agency.
According to Fata Disaster Management Authority, the EU will undertake a number of welfare projects for the IDPs in collaboration with the World Food Programme, World Health Organisation, International Committee of Red Cross and Pakistan Red Crescent Society. Main focus will be on providing shelter, food, drinking water and healthcare to the IDPs. – OUR STAFF REPORTER
