At least 13 people, 8 paramilitary troops among them, were killed and eight wounded in a suicide attack on military convoy in an area of Khyber Agency, report said on Wednesday. According to initial reports, a suicide bomber attacked a convoy of paramilitary troops at Wazirdand area in Tehsil Jamrood of the tribal region , killing 8 army personnel and five civilians on the spot. Eight others were injured. Relief activities are being carried out following the deadly attack and those injured were ferried to Peshawar hospitals. Security forces have put security cordon around the blast site.
