Pakistan condemns bomb blasts

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan has condemned in the strongest possible terms the heinous act of terrorism in the Turkish capital Ankara yesterday in which at least 86 people were killed and 186 wounded.
In a statement, the Foreign Office said: “We have learned with deep sadness about the bomb blasts near the train station in Ankara yesterday.”
The spokesman extended heartfelt condolences to the brotherly people and government of Turkey and prayed for the speediest recovery of those injured in this abhorrent attack.
The spokesman reiterated Pakistan’s condemnation of terrorism in all forms and manifestations.
While reaffirming Pakistan’s abiding support and solidarity for the fraternal Turkish nation in their struggle against terrorism, the spokesman hoped that Turkey would overcome this scourge with its characteristic resolve and determination.
