ISLAMABAD - Meat traders have demanded of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to construct a slaughterhouse in Islamabad. Meat Traders Association said that land for the purpose had been purchased in H-9 and PC-1 was completed for the construction of slaughterhouse but delayed occurred due to the shortage of funds. They said that to control health hazards from substandard meat, construction of slaughterhouse is necessary in the city.
