Rawalpindi - Following the instructions of City Police Officer (CPO) Israr Ahmed Khan Abbasi, police carried out a search operation in areas of Police Station Civil Line here on Saturday. The search operation was conducted at Jhanda Cheechi and its suburbs during which 32 houses were checked whereas 75 people were interrogated, police spokesman said. On the other hand, police held eight people on account of setting off and exploding fireworks during marriage ceremonies. The accused were arrested from the limits of police stations Ratta Amral, Banni and Saddar Berooni.
