ISLAMABAD (PPI)- Chief of the Naval Staff and Pro-Chancellor Bahria University Admiral Naoman Bashir speaking at the 5th Convocation of the Bahria varsity (BU) held here Saturday said that the students should never loose heart on failures and never loose sight of goals the students have set for themselves. He said that the entire system of education inclusive of primary, secondary and university education needed to be integrated in a manner to produce quality manpower. All stakeholders i.e. educational institutions, youth, their parents, industry, corporate and service sector are to join hands in making such vibrant education system which could respond to the needs of human resources in varied areas, he urged. My dear graduating students, I congratulate you on conferment of degrees, which you have earned after going through years of rigorous academic toil he said. He stated, We have done our best to provide you all institutional tools, few fundamental principles of conducting scholastic enquiry, some directions for improvement in your communication skills and all the guidelines to conduct yourself in life. Chief of the Naval Staff and Pro-Chancellor Bahria University Admiral Naoman Bashir said, In fact it all must seethe in your character and give you a sense of direction to put you on a track for life long application. Choose the right profession and then enjoy working, he added. There is no short cut for the success in life. You will have to face the challenges boldly at every step going up the ladder. The Naval Chief said, Remember that life is a continuous struggle and there is education at every step you take. Your positive attitude and superior efficiency in the work place would reflect automatically on you and your alma mater, he added. Chief of the Naval Staff and Pro-Chancellor Bahria University Admiral Naoman Bashir said the students that they should try to bring good name for their self, their parents and the university by their worthy conduct and fair dealings, smart turn out, commitment to jobs, loyalty to the organisation and respect to seniors and subordinates.
