ISLAMABAD- Exasperated over the mass level arrests of his workers, Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri suspended negotiations with the government.
Addressing protesters, he said, “The government led by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is appalled to the core and rattled by the sit-in in Islamabad. Therefore, the government has started rounding up the workers across Punjab.”
“But the PML-N government cannot hold back the tide of revolution now,” he proclaimed.
He said the government holds talks on one hand while the workers are being apprehended on the other.
