ISLAMABAD: Hilal A. Raza, renowned scientist and former Director General (DG), Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP), has died in Turkey. His Namaz-e-Janaza will be offered at H-11, Islamabad Graveyard on May 17 at 10AM. He has left behind a son, two daughters to mourn his death.  Hilal A. Raza was a very active Geologist. He served HDIP as DG for 30 years and remained President of Geological Society of Pakistan.
