ISLAMABAD - Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and President of Egypt Dr Mohamed Morsy have sent messages of congratulations to Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on assuming charge of Prime Minister of Pakistan.
In his message Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu felicitated Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on assumption of the high office of the Prime Minister for the third time and termed it a manifestation of the trust, admiration and belief of the nation in his leadership.
The OIC secretary general expressed confidence in the continued support of Pakistan to the OIC which will be a source of strength and inspiration to the Organisation in its efforts to assist the member states in overcoming the challenges faced by the Muslim Ummah. Ihsanoglu also conveyed his best wishes for progress and prosperity of Pakistan and its people under the leadership of the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
President of Egypt Dr Mohamed Morsy has sent a message of congratulations to Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif on assuming the charge of Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Egyptian President Dr Mohamed Morsy in his felicitation message said, “It is with immense pleasure that I extend to your excellency heartfelt congratulations on your taking over as Prime Minster Pakistan after your party’s winning of the parliamentary elections.”
He said, “I wish you all the best of success in achieving your assignments.” The President of Egypt Dr Mohamed Morsy in his message further said, “I am also looking forward to promoting the strong bilateral relations between our two countries and working together to advance mutual cooperation in a way that benefits our two brotherly peoples.”
