Explosive detectors, scanners at all entry points

ISLAMABAD (APP) - District Administration Islamabad has advised the Interior Ministry to install 'Explosive Detectors and Scanners' at the 21 entry points of Islamabad rather than erecting a wall around the Red Zone. The source said the wall around Red Zone may effect the beauty of Capital and would have negative impact on the diplomats visiting the country. Meanwhile, the sources within Capital Development Authority (CDA) also agreed that installation of scanners would be very much effective, as the wall would cost around Rs 6 billion to Rs. 8 billion.
