ISLAMABAD - The twin cities had spells of shower in intervals on Saturday night and Sunday due to which the weather turned pleasant. In the early morning the climate became bit chilly due to overnight rain. The people faced some problems in few low laying areas where rainwater gathered. Due to rain fall the electricity remained close for hours in many areas of Rawalpindi including Dhoke Khbaba, Dhoke Elahi Buksh, Qasimabad, Chah Sultan and PAF Chowk, on which resident of these vicinities showed their anger by rebuking Iesco.
