Audits of Cantonment Board Rawalpindi in the departments of Property tax, water recovery and anti encroachments disclosed approximately Rs. 1.82 million's money embezzlement and sought explanations from the concerned departments. According to details defence Ministry's sub department Military Accounts Audit section on money embezzlements complaints in Rawalpindi Cantt. Board held audit of number of departments of Cantt including property Tax, Water recovery and Anti-encroachments and during audit disclosed over Rs. 1.8 million money embezzlement and sought explanation from the concerned departments.
