At least five protestors were killed and many others injured when police resorted to indiscriminate firing during a protest at Nishat Chowk area of Mingora. According to sources, local people continued their protest against the ongoing operation in Mingora that has claimed so far many civilian lives. Protestors came to the streets today violating the curfew. Police opened fire on protestors killing five protestors while 10 others were injured.
