Provincial leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), Amir Muqam is likely to form his own faction of the party, report said. Talking to a private TV channel, Amir Muqam said that party fellows had reposed confidence in him, adding that the office-bearers of the party’s Malakand Division chapter had given him the authority to formulate a new faction. Muqam said the decision emerged at a meeting of local party leaders, chaired by him, at his residence in Swat’s Sangota area.
