Wah Cantt - Thanks to apathy and red-tapism of concerned executing authorities, over one hundred allottees of Lala Rukh (Extension), mostly former officers of Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), are deprived of basic infrastructure and utility services.
These officers were allotted plots in Lala Rukh in the year 2002.  The allottees have demanded of the authorities concerned to pay heed to their issue and resolve their problems as early as possible.
