CDA starts computerisation of estate records



ISLAMABAD  - The Estate Management Department of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started computerization of the records of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural plots of the federal capital.
According to sources, Member Estate Management, Shaista Suhail is supervising the campaign, while progress report of the campaign is sent to the chairman CDA daily.
The member Estate Management told INP that the computerization of the record of I-15 plots has been completed. She said that aim of the campaign was make the department corruption free, as now the tempering of the data would be impossible. Moreover, common men would have easy access to the record and the recoveries would be mush easier, she said.
She further said that CCTV cameras would also be installed in the offices of Estate Management, Land Rehabilitation and One Window departments of the CDA to monitor the staffers’ work and the employees have been directed to deal with the citizens in good manner.
