The Federal Investigation Agency on Wednesday filed interim Challan against four accused arrested in connection with the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto in an anti-terrorism court. Dead Taliban chief Baitullah Mehsud has been declared an absconder in the Challan and has been listed as dead among the escapes. Mehsud is facing charges of carrying out three suicide attacks for Bhuttos assassination. Special Court judge Malik Akram Awan heard the Bhuttos murder case in a closed room against the accused, Rafaqat Husnain, Aitzaz Shah, Abdul Rashid and Sher Zaman. The FIA submitted interim Challan comprising 39 pages, which also carry DNA test reports and records of mobile phones seized from the possession of accused.
