Rawalpindi - CM Shahbaz Sharif yesterday took notice of teacher’s torture on a six-year-old student in Rawalpindi. The incident took place when a teacher brutally beat up schoolgirl Moneeba with a stick having nail on it that severely wounded her hand.
The teacher assaulted the student for not learning the lesson.
