ISLAMABAD: CDA has approved construction of overhead bridge from Khiaban-e-Suherwardi to Chand Tara chowk at the cost of Rs 100 million.

According to media reports  design has been worked out for completion of this project and foundation stone of this overhead  bridge will be laid in the first week of January. The signal free road from Khiaban-e-Iqbal Margalla road to Kashmir highway will be expanded to Pak China friendship centre Chand Tara Chowk.. It will be made signal free following completion of overhead bridge.

This project will be completed till April 2017.
