Sale of sub-standard food in dirty utensils in Bhara Kahus hotels is posing health hazards while the residents of the area have demanded of the authorities concerned to take review of the situation. Talking to the Online news agency here on Wednesday the residents of Bhara Kahu complained that there is poor cleanliness system in the kitchens of the hotels while sub-standard food is being sold at the hotels. The meal is being served in dirty utensils. The residents said that it is further injustice that the hotels owners are receiving rates according to their own will. The residents said that especially laborer community has their meal in these hotels and cannot afford exorbitant rates for sub-standard meal. The residents have demanded of the high authorities to take action against the hotels owners who found indulge in selling of sub-standard meal and ensure selling of standard meal at the hotels.
