ISLAMABAD - Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has set up a complaint cell for promptly redressing grievances about mailing of books.
According to AIOU press release on Sunday, the students of SSC to Ph.D level programmes have been advised to lodge their complaints about mailing of books on telephone no. 051-9250185, 051-9057281, 051-9057611, fax no. 051-9250109 or at email. mailing@aiou.edu.pk.
Additional Director (Mailing), Syed Qamar-ud-Din said written complaints (with particulars alongwith roll number and photocopy of CNIC) may be mailed to the Complaint Cell, Mailing Section, Allama Iqbal Open University, H-8, Islamabad.
For addressing complaints of Regional Offices, Muhammad Qasim has been appointed as Focal Person. All regional-offices may lodge their complaints regarding mailing on telephone.
