ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif will visit Quetta today (Thursday) where he would chair a meeting on law and order situation with specific reference to the recent attacks in which scores of people were killed.
Sources in the government informed that Premier Sharif would likely held meeting with tribal chieftains and head of political parties to have firsthand knowledge about the operation against miscreants in the restive province.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would address the special session of AJK Legislative Assembly and Kashmir Council, which was already summoned on February 5.
The PM would likely to announce a relief package for the people of Kashmir, sources in the government informed on Wednesday.
Special security arrangements were made for the day when the Prime Minister would address the joint session of AJK Legislative Assembly and Kashmir Council.
