The survey teams will commence their works on Monday for assessing the overall damages and losses in quake-hit areas of Ziarat and Pishin districts of Balochistan, official sources said on Sunday. They said that the survey teams consisting of representatives of Army and Frontier Corps officials, and respective District Coordination Officers and Nazim. The teams would conduct surveys in the severely destroyed villages in order to find out the exact number of casualties and affected people in the wake of the last Wednesday's tremor. The sources said that the reports and findings of the survey teams would help the government for finalizing its plan for carrying out rehabilitation programme in the quake-stricken areas in the province.
