A multi-storey building collapsed into a heap of a ruble in Lyari area of Karachi on Thursday. According to preliminary reports a five-storey building collapsed in Moosa Lane area near Kausar Mosque. Police have also evacuated adjacent building to avoid any other incident. Rescue workers said five people, including two children were killed and several others were still trapped under the debris. Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Hussaun told media that 40 to 50 people were feared trapped under the debris.
