RAW destablising Pakistan, says MQM

KARACHI - MQM Coordination Committee on Sunday showed concerns on the infiltration of foreign countries in various parts of the country for spreading unrest.
It was said in the joint meetings of MQM coordination committees of Pakistan and London to discuss the overall situation especially the law and order condition of the country.
The meeting said MQM was the only representative party of the descendants of the founders of Pakistan. The meeting condemned the resolution passed against MQM chief Altaf Hussain and the statements being given by various political and religious parties after his recent speech.
It said the foreign powers, particularly the Indian spy agency RAW was spreading anarchy in Balochistan, Sindh, FATA and other parts of the country. They were trying to destabilise Pakistan by creating a law and order situation. The Indian Army is violating the Line of Control which is highly condemnable.
It was decided in the meeting that the MQM would continue to pursue the goal of a liberal, enlightened, democratic and progressive Pakistan according to the ideals of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal despite all odds. Hopefully a day will come when the obsolete feudal system will be eliminated and Pakistan would join the ranks of the developed countries of the world.
Responding to Federal Water and Power Minister Abid Sher Ali’s statement, Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader Waseem Akhtar has said that MQM chief residence (Nine-Zero) is the centre of hopes for the millions of people of the country and the people using words to demolish Nine-Zero must remain in their limits.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said Abid Sher became the federal minister on the basis of relationships with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He should avoid using inappropriate language against the MQM which represents the mandate of millions of people.
He questioned that when Khawaja Asif was delivering his treasonable speech against Pakistan armed forces then where Abid’s honour was sleeping.
He urged Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leadership to stop such elements from spreading hatred and anarchy politics.
