Interior Minister Malik Habib Khan has said government will ensure to improve security to provide an atmosphere of peace for the general elections.
Talking to media at Karachi airport‚ he said security agencies had information about the incidents took place in Karachi.
He said government is analyzing the situation and will improve the security of political parties. He said a high level meeting is being held in Karachi to review the security arrangements.
He said not only MQM is being targeted by the terrorists‚ but as well other parties are also targeted. He said PML-N was targeted in Balochistan.
He expressed the hope that a good turn out in the elections is expected.
