KARACHI - Pakistan Air Force is revered as a combat efficient force and has effectively preserved the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan, said the Air Chief.
Addressing the passing out parade of Aero Apprentices at PAF Base, Korangi Creek, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of the Air Staff, PAF, he said, “Our history is replete with examples where we have proved ourselves second to none and made our nation proud of our courage, bravery and professionalism.”
He said, “The PAF is in the process of acquiring more capable aircraft, modern radars, new weapons and state-of-the-art equipment. It will be your responsibility to maintain the new capabilities in the highest state of preparedness. The nation has placed its trust in you and expects you to shoulder the new responsibilities with confidence, dedication and professional excellence. I am sure; you will go into field with complete commitments and empowerment to take the PAF’s operational readiness to newer heights.”
