KARACHI- In the attack of armed men in Kabab house claimed two lives including an owner and three other injure in the limits of Gulshan Iqbal police station. The incident took place at block 13-D-1 where four armed men reached on two motorcycles and open indiscriminate firing at Kabab Hotel, resultantly five people hotel owner M Ali Shahani, and his four workers 45, Jahangir, Amjad, Razi Man and Sarfaraz received bullet injuries. Due to heavy firing panic engulfed in that area.
, after committing the crime culprits manage to flee easily from the scene. Police shifted them to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medical treatment, where during treatment Mohammad Ali Shahani died in JPMC while other Jahangir succumbed to his injuries in JPMC. SP SalamSheikh said that police found around 40 empty shells of different bores from the scene, adding that Mohammad Ali Shahani was the owner of Kabab Shop and he was the resident of Liaquatabad area. He informed that initially police revealed that the target of culprit was hotel owner and others received bullet injuries due to indiscriminate firing. He further informed that the motive of that incident is yet to be ascertained and injured person are not able to give any statement. Police official said victim Jahangir was the Bar B Que chef, while other are the waiters of Kabab Shop. No case was registered till filing the report.
