JI kicks off election campaign

KARACHI - The Jamaat-e-Islami has launched its election campaign in various constituencies of the City, as its candidates have visited party election offices and attended public meetings.
JI candidate for PS-101, Naseem Siddiqui, presented the party manifesto to the notables of North Nazimabad during a meeting here on Wednesday. He said that the real change could only be brought by electing honest and sincere leadership and the JI was an ultimate option to change.
He further said the people were facing inflation, poverty, load-shedding and terrorism while the merit was being ignored. However; the JI leadership will address all such issues of the people after coming into power.
People desire to provide bright future to their next generation then they should vote JI candidates on the day of polls, he added.
On the occasion, the notables of the area assured their full support to the JI and its candidates.
Meanwhile, JI leader Naimatullah Khan said that the country would be prosperous and wealthy by the elimination of poverty, inflation, extortion and terrorism. The JI will make the country prosperous after coming into power. Naimatullah stated this during his visit to a free medical camp organised by Pakistan Islamic Medical Association in Gizri area. On the occasion, the leader stressed upon the need of vote for the JI candidates to make the city and country peaceful and developed. He said the JI has always selected honest and sincere persons to contest general elections. JI District South Ameer Hafiz Abdul Wahid Shaikh, candidates for PS-112, 113 Khalifa Anwar, Engr Abdul Aziz, Zikria Mahenti and others were also present on the occasion.
