KARACHI - The PPP has declared that it would continue opposing the government’s decision of enforcing article 245 in Islamabad and not change its stance in this regard.
When contacted, PPP Senator Mian Raza Rabbani told The Nation there is no change in the stance of his party on the controversial decision of enforcing article 245 in Islamabad, through which the basic human rights have been suspended in the jurisdiction of the federal capital.
Asked about any change in the party stance on the issue, Rabbani ruled out any change in the party stance said that they would not back the government’s decision of imposition article 245 in Islamabad.
