KARACHI (PR) - The award of Fellow of Air War College (FAWC) certificates ceremony was held at Air War College, PAF Base Faisal, on Wednesday.According to a PAF press release, Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr Javaid R Laghari was the chief guest of the event.He distributed certificates to graduating officers of the 25th Air War course, including officers from the Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force and friendly-countries, including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China, Jordan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.  Group Captain Imran Majid Ali earned the distinction of presenting best thesis of the course. The chief guest congratulated the graduating officers and commended the faculty of Air War College for their consistent hard work and commitment to excellence. He advised the graduates to gainfully apply the knowledge acquired here, remain prepared to meet the challenges of time and make their alma mater as well as their respective service proud of their accomplishments. He further stressed on continued review of the dynamic nature of security environment, to stay on the leading edge of the change. Earlier, Air Vice-Marshal Azher Hasan, Air Officer Commanding, Air War College highlighted different study phases conducted, which were customized to meet requirements of modern warfare.
