Pakistan International Airline (PIA) flight PK-284 made an emergency landing at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport due to cracked windscreen here in Karachi on Wednesday. According to details, the Peshawar bound flight coming from Dubai had to make emergency landing in Karachi for repair, after the pilot noticed the cracks in the windscreen. PIA spokesman said, despite the problem, the PIA flight took off, but diverted to Karachi for repair. The plane with 150 passengers on board reached Peshawar at 2 pm with eight hours delay after undergoing maintenance.
