KARACHI - Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Naib Ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman appealed the people to vote for ‘Tarazu’ to help JI make Pakistan a state similar to Madina.
He stated this during Friday prayer address at Al-Falah Mosque here on Friday.
Hafiz Naeem stressed upon the need to use the right of vote in honest way.
He said that all the problems would be resolved when the rule of the country would be in the hands of honest leadership.
He said that the world was returning towards Islam and the Islamic revolution will soon consolidate its grip in the entire Asia and urged the people to struggle for the noble cause.
“The year 2013 will prove the withdrawal of US forces from the continent as soldiers of Islam had awarded worse defeat to the so-called Super Power”, he added. He said that people could also defeat the US agents by their power of vote.
He said that the former government had provided poverty, unemployment, inflation and energy crises while the JI leadership will resolve all such issues after coming into power. Later, Hafiz Naeem met with people in Jamia Masjid Nazimabad No-5 during his visit and presented JI election manifesto to them.
ELECT HONEST PEOPLE FOR CHANGE: MAHENTI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Muhammad Hussain Mahenti has said that no improvement could be brought into system if the power remained in the hands of corrupt people.
He stated this while speaking at a Women Convention organised at Idara-e-Noor Haq here on Friday.
He said that prevailing deteriorated situation of the country would remain unchanged if honest and sincere leadership was not brought into power.
“It is imperative to vote for honest leadership of JI to change the destiny of the country and its people”, Mahenti stressed.
He said that the JI candidates were free of corruption charges and no one could point finger at their honesty and urged the people to vote for ‘Tarazu’ to put the country out of crisis.
He referred to the services of JI former city nazims Abdul Sattar Afghani and Naimatullah Khan, who left no stone unturned in providing facilities to the people of the city without any discrimination.
“The law of God and Sunnah of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) would be imposed in the country and the people will take their revenge in the up-coming elections from those rulers who plunged the country into crises”, he added.
JI Karachi Chief urged the women to play their due role in order to bring the Islamic revolution in the country.
Naib Nazim Nasrullah Shajih, Engineer Sabir, Nazima JI District East Arifa Qamar, Gulrukh and others also spoke on the occasion.
