Relief to be provided in budget: CM

KARACHI - Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah said the government would provide relief in the budget.
He was presiding over a meeting held at the Chief Minister House here on Thursday evening. A statement on Friday said that the meeting considered various suggestions regarding the preparation of the budget for the fiscal year 2012-13.
It said that the meeting also reviewed development schemes for the next fiscal.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the present government would provide relief to the people in the next budget. More attention would be paid towards the implementation and completion of the development projects.
The meeting was attended by the Sindh Finance Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Additional Chief Secretary (Planning and Development) Israr Malik, Secretary Finance, Naveed Kamran Baloch, Secretary to CM Sindh, Agha Jan Akhtar.
