Imran toeing line of political actors: Chandio

KARACHI - Sindh Information Minister Maula Bakhsh Chandio has said that Imran Khan is toeing the line of political actors.
Talking to media here on Monday, he said Khan has every right to visit Sindh and the PPP will have no apprehension. Chandio claimed that Khan was following the dictates of political actors. “He can satiate his desire by taking a visit of Sindh. We will welcome him. We do not know who diverted his direction from Raiwind to Sindh. It seems that his travelling abroad with Chaudhry Nisar did the trick,” he said.

Moreover, Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Senator Nehal Hashmi has said that Imran Khan is the biggest hurdle in China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.
Criticising Imran Khan for his undemocratic attitude, he said Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chief was spreading despondency in the country. In his comments on Imran Khan’s speech at his party’s public gathering in Islamabad on Sunday, Hashmi said the PTI chief had disappointed the nation. “Imran Khan does not have anything left for politics, therefore, he is spreading despondency.” He said that such people do not want Pakistan progress and they are the “biggest hurdle in the CPEC project”.
Meanwhile, MPA Yousuf Shahwani has said the people of Karachi especially those living in the outskirts of the city including Mawach Goth and Kaimkhani Colony in District West are suffering a lot due to acute water shortage and it is only because of declining water level at Hub dam. Hub dam was supplying 100 Million Gallon per day (MGD) and now Water at Hub dam was dried to dead level because there is no rainfall since long to refill it.

People have left no option except to purchase water tanks from private resources. “The water board has completely failed to provide water to people. We have written letters to the managing director Water Board to resolve this issue but he did nothing so far,” he alleged.
