KARACHI - Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has appealed to the Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to call for All Parties Conference (APC) to take all the political forces of the country into confidence for bringing out the country from the present crisis.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said that after a long struggle and numerous sacrifices democracy has been restored in the country and we all should be held responsible if the democratic process of the country was harmed.
He said that he had pointed out frequently that Nawaz Sharif being on the slot of the Prime Minister of the country should realise his responsibilities and as the country was facing crisis he should play his role in halting the war among the country`s institutions.
He should not leave the nation and should guide them, he added.
He further said that currently Pakistan were facing internal threats instead of the external while Nawaz Sharif without any further delay should call for a APC by appearing in on the floor of the National Assembly and Senate.
