NANKANA SAHIB - A training programme on 'Gender Mainstreaming & Gender Budgeting was organised by GRAP Nankana for district governments officers and NGOs representatives at District Counsel Hall. Officers from different departments such as education, social welfare, agriculture, health, finance & planning, community development participated in the training programme. Workshop trainees Dr Naveeda from Faisalabad, Ansa Arifa Nazli and Rasheed Ahmeed briefed the participants on how gender could be streamlined during project & planning stage and how useful could be gender responsive budgeting. EDO Malik Masood and EDO Finance & Planning Saleem Sindu were also present.
