LAHORE – Dr Muhammad Ajmal Niazi on Wednesday said that Ghazi Ilm Din Shaheed was the first Pakistan Movement worker who sacrificed his life for the Ishq-e-Rasool(SAW) and that he was a true Muslim and role model for the new generation.
Addressing the Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust’s (NPT’s) lecture series to highlight the services of late Pakistan Movement workers at the Aiwan-i-Karkunan Tehreek-i-Pakistan, Prof Niazi said that Ghazi Shaheed was a true patriot and lover of the Holy Prophet (SAW).
Hoping that the new generation would bring the country out of quagmire, Dr Niazi lauded the role of NPT regarding dissemination of Pakistan ideology. He said that the trust under the leadership of Majid Nizami had been playing a pivotal role in teaching the youth the lesson we learnt from the Pakistan Movement.
“A man who loved the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) was a true Muslim,” said Dr Niazi. He also demanded of the government to include Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW) in the syllabus. A large number of students and teachers attended the ceremony.
