The Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved against the prolonged and unscheduled power outages across Punjab irking the domestic activities and bringing halt to commercial hustle and bustle.
The complainant in his petition was of the view that discrimination was being meted out to power consumers in Punjab where 18-hour loadshedding is being carried out as compared to a few hours power shutdown in Sindh.
The petitioners pleaded to the court to take action in order to resolve the issue.
