LAHORE - A strangled body of a 35-year-old man was found from the premises of Minar-e-Pakistan on Saturday. Police said the deceased, yet to be identified, seemed a visitor, who was strangled by unknown accused. The visitors however phoned police and informed about the body lying on ground of the aforesaid monument. Police after recovering the body made numerous announcements in nearby mosques but none of the citizens claimed to own it. Later, the body was removed to the City morgue for autopsy. Further investigation is underway.
