LAHORE – PML-N MNA Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has said that special persons have more right than others over the government resources and the Punjab government will allocate laptop quota for them in the next phase of distribution.
Addressing a ceremony held regarding International Day of People with Disabilities at Alhamra Hall, on Monday, Hamza said the employees of Special Education Department would also hear soon the good news of substantial increase in their salaries, he added.
Meanwhile, Ghazali Education Trust (GET) arranged a friendship circle to express solidarity with special persons’ at Liberty Roundabout on Monday. The disable students of different institutes gathered on the occasion.
PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz, Dr Amjad Saqib, Dr Samia Raheel Qazi, Dr Saeed Elahi, Dr Syed Waseem Akhtar, Ata-ur- Rehman, Nazeer Ahmad Janjua, Syed Aamir Mehmood and the people from different sectors joined the circle. In their addresses, Maryam Nawaz and Dr Saeed Elahi briefed the policies of the Punjab government.
