PCB restructuring demanded

LAHORE - A Treasury Member of the Punjab Assembly, Hina Pervez Butt, filed a resolution on Tuesday to revamp the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
In a resolution filed to the Assembly office, Hina said that the recent two defeats of National Cricket Team had upset the whole nation. She added that the defeat caused not only by the poor performance of the players but also the board officials from Chief Selector to the Chairman.
She urged the House for recommending the federal government to revamp and restructure Pakistan Cricket Board, so that only expert, honest and fair-minded people get at the helms of its affairs to pick up the players purely on merit in the larger interest of country and nation.
