Our Staff reporter TOBA TEK SINGH - A 16-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped here the other night. Complainant Arshad Hashmat told the City Police that his wife and daughter were returning after shopping from bazaar. When they were passing through a street in the housing colony near his house, three unidentified culprits stopped a pick-up van near them, bundled his daughter Bakhtawar into the vehicle and drove off. The police have registered a case under Section 365.
