LAHORE  - Punjab Labour Minister Haji Ehsaanuddin Qureshi has said the government will provide required funds to complete ongoing development projects launched by the department.
   According to a handout issued here on Sunday, he said new welfare schemes would be initiated specially for the provision of modern education to children of labourers and residential facilities to them.
   He said death grant, marriage grant and an amount of scholarship to children of labourers had also been increased.
   He said the labour department was spending Rs 4.1 billion for the provision of state-of-the-art health care facilities to labourers and their families.
