LAHORE - Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to Anwar Hussain S/o Muhammad Roshan in the subject of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics after approval of his research thesis entitled Phytohormones Cytokinin and IAA from Microbial Origin and Their Impact on Plant Growth and Mubasher Hussain S/o Akhter Husain in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his research thesis entitled Usage of Prohibited Parts of Animals and Fiqh-e-Islami. They have completed their theses under the supervision of Prof Dr Shahida Hasnain Chairperson PU Department of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics and Dr Muhammad Saad Siddiqiui, Assistant Professor PU Department of Islamic Studies, respectively.
